There were no incidents detected with Aeroplan on 25 Feb 2024.
Service breakdown: Calling @AirCanada as an @Aeroplan member with specific issue and the AI-phone "manager" has unilaterally ended my calls - three times in a row, without getting me a human. My time to call is worth nothing to Air Canada. I am not a "valued customer".
Hey @Chase. I have been unable to use the Pay Yourself Back feature on my @Aeroplan card since I first tried in Nov 2023. I have called so many times and sent many secure messages and can’t get help. I even explained what the problem might be, but crickets. Please help! 🆘
