Is anyone else having issues with @amazon this week? This is the second time this has happened to me this week.

I've been using a @tcl_india TV for over 3 years with no issues. However, I've been searching for an original TCL TV remote in Bangalore for more than 3 - 4 months, with no luck. It's frustrating that other brands sell accessories on their websites and Amazon, but TCL does not.

That's easy. Just go on the Internet to Amazon,...buy an electric tricycle and a for sale sign. That will fix your problem. Unless the for sale sign doesn't work and you still think you have the skills to drive. Then I can't help.😝

Hey @amazon @AmazonHelp I’ve tried to contact support numerous times via chat (says it’s down) and phone, just got placed on hold for 30 min and line disconnected. I was charged for an item I returned. Can’t connect with anyone about it who can help. What am I supposed to do?

@cjs214 Logitech circle works with Apple HomeKit only. No subscriptions. Likely as an iPhone owner you have your iCloud subscription already so storage for cameras is unlimited and free. I would avoid anything from Amazon or ring. They share data with police

Server issues at launch are an inevitability. Even Amazon couldn't manage a smooth launch with New World and they own the server infrastructure stack. A dev team can do all the preparation in the world and it still won't be enough when the Big Red Button™ is pressed.

I'm having some issues with Amazon with my manga's ebook version release, so it won't be live for the next few days at least, unfortunately. Hopefully this'll be resolved as soon as possible though. I'll keep you updated when I have more info as to what the problem is.
