5 days since internet is down in my area. No response from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . If we call them for complaint they're giving fake hopes as it will be rectified in 2hrs,3hrs.. bt no solution since 5 days. Port requested almost 30+ Airtel users in my area. Adios, AIRTEL

Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence C the below, My internet wasnt working for 10 days from 28 apr to 7th May cos of some outage at ur end. Bt for these 10 days u hv not made the adjustment in the billing. Ideally the bill shud b reduced by 1/3rd. But nothing's done. WHY is this?

its the worst when i genuinely wanna get back on the stream grind fully and my internet is fully ******. Have A BT engineer coming to (hopefully) fix it 8am sharp monday morning

Good morning lovelies! No internet or phone at home because of a fault - exactly what I need from BT with a book launch on Saturday 😬 Service will be intermittent while I hop from hotspot to hotspot over the next couple of days!

Day 57 of no @bt_uk broadband/ phone. Replacement @EE 4g mini hub gives 5mbps. Chaotic processes have shut the mini hub off I think 6 times now, in error. Not able to work, kids can't revise for GCSEs nor game & I still have to pay each month. Help @VodafoneUK or @SkyHelpTeam

That’s it I’m done with @EE broadband. Off for a week, saying it’s a problem with BT and if I want to pay an extra £7 for a 4g router I can get the internet back. I’m cancelling the service and going back to sky !

. @bt_uk i logged a fault on 22 April, i have been trying to contact someone since 21 May & nobody answers any calls - when i do get answered after 1 hr and 40 mins hold, i get cut off. How do you get an issue sorted when you dont answer calls or respond to the One Phone Portal?

Please be aware that BT are experiencing some issues with a number of landlines possibly not being able to make any landline calls including 999 calls in #Leominster area. This will not affect calling from a mobile phone. @HWFireControl will keep you updated on the situation

Over a week into our @bt_uk Internet outage. They still can't (won't?) tell us what the issue is, or which of the THREE issues on their issues page is the real one. All have different fix dates too. From 29/05 to 10/06. @kradlum can't work, kids can't do homework, I can't jobhunt

I am absolutely fed up since @BT changed my broadband to @EE . It is slower, I have to keep relogging into YouTube (maybe a site problem, don't know), and have difficulty getting into my emails, despite keep changing my password! 🤬🤬🤬

It's been down since around 8PM. @EE keeps changing the fix time, but doesn't tell us what's wrong. @bt_uk customers in the village having issues, too. I'm sure I have some kind of guarantee through ee. Hmm.

We didn't even need a new hub and BT has put another cable in that doesn't even work 😡 , stupid thing . Why fix something that doesn't even need fixing .

ANOTHER outage this morning, 4 hours and counting. Radio silence from @Plusnet on my previous query (Ticket: 241287619). Perhaps @bt_uk can shed some light on this ongoing issue? Or is it time to go to @ofcom?

Had @bt_uk working outside of the house this morning 2 vans doing something with the cables and they have now left and there is a fault in my broadband what a **** show this company is come to do 1 thing and create another problem for people
