Yet again @talktalk is the absolute worst. 2 days having Internet issues unable to use it for hours I've used through my data. Paying for this **** is a joke!
Problems with my @talktalk broadband service yet again
We have been advised the issues in the Peterborough Central exchange have now been resolved. Apologies for any inconvenience caused by this outage.
Ongoing landline phone problems here (out of service for nearly a week now, useless open reach and talktalk). Use the mobile number or WhatsApp for now if contact required. I am not dead.

Hello, I've contacted you multiple times and adjusted settings, but my internet is still terrible. If you don't fix this by tomorrow, I'll cancel my subscription. This is unacceptable. #CustomerService #InternetIssues @TalkTalk

I'm so glad @TalkTalk think my internet connection is stable and there's no issues with it! This is NOT a spike btw this is like base level of how it is ALL the time 😍 It gets even worse

Hi @TalkTalk how can I discuss a reported phone line fault on behalf of a relative please. The fault was reported online 3 days ago and as yet she has had no update and the phone line is still not working.
Over one week, no internet, loss of earnings and no one probably working on this issue for another two days. This is the most disappointing customer service ever! @WeAreOpenreach @TalkTalk
#talktalk continuous connection issues , literally sat next to my router and still can’t get on the WiFi can’t do a speed check as it crashes due to lack of WiFi , can’t wait for my contract to end

For months we've suffered with our @TalkTalk WiFi dropping out & after many tests & engineer visits I've been told we have too many devices for the bandwidth. If we don't get a new router to see if this is the problem, we'll be changing our provider. Sick of it. #WiFi #talktalk
Since @CityFibre upgrade mum and dads internet @TalkTalk they can’t do anything. No phone. No internet. No banking. Needs sorting but no one wants to help.

Genuinely so frustrated with @TalkTalk at the moment. Mum’s having so many issues with her internet (possibly the router) that her WiFi is TERRIBLE. They keep saying she needs to get *all* new devices because there’s nothing wrong since there’s >50mbps coming into the house…😮💨

So my @TalkTalk internet has gone down for the 4th time in 5 weeks. Did a line test and it says all is fine, then the Internet starts working again. This shouldn't be allowed to happen.
