Hey @SKYserves, is my internet package really "fiber" given that it breaks down almost every week? Also, why aren't you giving me rebates for all the downtime? PLDT automatically does that. It's been down six times since April 2. Is this acceptable?

When apparently your job order is cancelled but they havenโt fixed the problem of the red light issue in the WAN mesh. The technician already said the problem is the MESH AND NOT THE MODEM. Make it make sense @SKYserves
