I've been coding since the 90s. I've seen every type of error message under the sun, but this one made me laugh today. C'mon @Ticketmaster you have one job. How is it so hard to receive tickets to MLB? Why tell the consumer your Backend is unhealthy...twice?

idk if I’ve ever heard Ticketmaster make THIS type of mistake before??… Methinks it more so has to do with an @AtlantaDream “error” / trying to maneuver some inventory last minute smh 😒 🤔

Ticketmaster has issued a refund and offered a 10 percent discount to a future game for fans impacted by this error.

Apparently if you're an @AtlantaDream fan @TMFanSupport will have no problem "double selling" tickets ur friend already paid 4 during a presale. & then WAIT UNTIL 25 HOUR B4 THE GAME 2 inform u of this "error", all while offering basically a shoulder shrug as compensation. #WNBA

Hey y'all I have 2 tickets for Ateez in Arlington I need to sell. I'm not going to overcharge, you'll pay exactly what I paid for them. The only issue is that Ticketmaster won't let me transfer the tickets and I can't get them until 3 days before the concert.

let me just say, i hate the ticketmaster app because i was in the waiting room and then, IT DID NOT OUT ME IN THE QUEUE. IT INSTEAD LOADED THE HOME PAGE 😀 AND WHEN I DID TRY TO JOIN THE QUEUE THE BUTTON WASNT WORKING FIX YOUR SH*T TICKETMASTER

Tickets arent cheaper in europe bc ticketmaster doesnt operate there, THEY DO! They are cheaper- bc Europe has super strick rules around the secondary market - commonly known as "ticket scalpers"
