Oh Dear ‼️ Please say you sent an email to @UMG to notify of quality issue. They need to provide compensation or replacement. @FTC As the sole retailer for Taylor Swift merch, it is unacceptable for UMG to say “No replacement stock” - Find better solutions & get better quality

@TayMerchProbs I emailed umg a lot of times in the last 24 hours and they asked pics of the barcode and always answered with “working on my request and will be back in touch with an update as soon as possible” and now they gave me a refund 😭

@TayMerchProbs @shelbysmidnight @UMG I asked for it to be escalated and if a signed cd is not available if a sign vinyl could be provided and offered to pay the difference 🤦🏻‍♀️

Can I ask @UMG to put this on all sites not just the German and US considering no one can get it unless you reside in America, Germany or Switzerland. The UK/Irish site hasn’t had it on their website yet either. Fans are missing out.

Having a distribution deal from company to company is different from independent artist to company… note HYBE has been working with UMG since 2017 when it comes to distribution even down to weverse. Now they’re even more entrenched following this new deal.
