The service outage in the Panama City area has been resolved. While onsite, we discovered that the fiber line was cut during road construction. We appreciate your patience as we worked with the local road construction company to repair the cut fiber line.

.@WOWCare when should I expect to see a credit for this service outage in Michigan? This happens far too often with your “reliable” service. Then you play the “you have to wait on hold for hours to speak to someone” game. Absolute garbage.

I’m gonna be honest, @WOW_WAY might be the shittiest internet I’ve ever had. It’s gone down every single day for the past two weeks including one day that had a nationwide shutoff.

Do NOT use @WOW_WAY as an internet service provider. I’ve had them since December and it has been incredibly inconsistent and I’ve had way too many problems with them. Not to mention how expensive it is! Trash service, trash company, avoid at all costs.

Go figure another night where stream suffers all because of my internet provider. I'm so sick and tired of @WOW_WAY and the trash internet once again. Time to go to a provider who doesn't have problems EVERYDAY!
