My whole neighborhood’s internet has been down 24 hours due to an outage caused by a dumb construction worker and @ATT is like “dunno, sometime in 24 hours maybe, or 48? TBD” meanwhile we have an ice storm coming through tonight... so I doubt they’ll be working on it by then.

So I got so annoyed by my ISP that I called the companies that provide Fiber Internet and apparently @ATT is already laying stuff down in my city they said I can expect Fiber around February - March of this year BRO PLEASE BE TRUE😭😭😭😭😭

Hey @ATT just switched to you and was told to go without phones for a day from your customer service team because your E-SIM system is down!! Now my husband and I are home with no phone service for who knows how long!! Only thing we were offered was free activation! UNACCEPTABLE!
