Dear @ATT, my AT&T international phone service is not working for landline numbers. I can't even call AT&T customer service. Please help, and by help I don't mean tell me to go to your website. 😉 @ATTHelp

AT&T refunded me $2.70 for a 1-day disruption in service that they fixed (I didn't even notice it!). Meanwhile @verizonfios home internet has been out for a week (still down) and they've not even reached out. @ATT your customer support is amazing. @Verizon you need to do better.

Y’all I couldn’t do it anymore so I went to Verizon to get a plan with them. AT&T has been down in Juneau for the past couple days with no ETA of when it’ll be fixed.

Do not upgrade with AT&T. It was no small print. It was no nothing. They told me exactly what my bill would be and they also told me how much I had to pay down now they’re going back on that and I got it in black and white because I took a screenshot

I use @robokiller on my iphone. One of my very favorite paid apps. *Lately*, after an update or 2, it's not working worth a 💩. Random Meta/FB/Car Warranty/AT&T texts getting through. Callers marked telemarketer/spam are ringing through *on* the app. The "block caller/continue

3rd outage of AT&T fiber internet service this week and the resolution capabilities seem to be a mystery and techs appear unable to resolve. So much for the best option on the market and no one has answers! #needanotherprovider

.@ATT internet has been out since yesterday at 7:03am. Was told it'll be back up by 2 yesterday. Now being told it'll noon today. 2nd outage like this in 3 weeks. I think we're gonna have to start looking into other internet providers.

Fiber optic internet has been down for Over 24 hrs in my area. @ATTHelp were no help at all! They said there is no time for resolution. Come on @ATTHelp give us some answers !

And @CoxComm goes out again. It's becoming like clockwork. I can set my clock to the time it goes out. This time exactly at 8:45pm CST. When it comes back up, I can expect it to go down multiple times the next 25 to 30 minutes. Come on @ATT, please get your fiber up and running.

Not @ATT forcing me to prepare for the #blackout ahead of time with this three day internet outage. What kind of **** is this. Like three days is diabolical. Especially since it’s a “your equipment” issue and not mines. Make sure the bill matches this ridiculousness.
