AT&T really got down on me 😭 I done came up here for no reason

What the entire **** @ATT why has my internet been down for 2 days with little to no communication? How do you consider this acceptable service?

I just used Bluetooth to share some files to my phone (because ATT Fiber is actually down and a hotspot would cause different inconveniences atm). Even though I cannot recall anybody actually using this feature when it was first made available, I guess I am glad it works at all.

Good news! AT&T will be coming to my house Monday to move the router down to my area and it’s gonna take 3-4 hours. So I’m HOPING this solves the Internet issues…

My @att WiFi in my area has been down since 2am Sunday morning….. it’s now Thursday night and it’s still not fixed. Something tells me If my zip code read 90210 this would be a different post. 🤌🏾🫵🏾🦶🏾

AT&T’s 5g+ n77 3.45mhz & 3.7mhz is not very reliable inside buildings. Often slow speeds, dropping down to LTE network, etc. Have to resort to switch off 5g and strictly use just LTE for the time being Hopefully 5g SA resolves this.
