**** Spectrum has had an outage here since 10:30 last evening. New Year's celebrations go on of course but I won't get to see them. Gonna really be bummed if I miss the Rose Parade.

.@Ask_Spectrum Why do I have to call you to remove a service, but you can add one easily by selecting an icon? This is why I am going down to just internet and eventually when google fiber comes in, probably making a change.

Spectrum Fibre optic WiFi is having issues right now it’s unstable as **** and it’s making downloading anything to my iphone or PS5 really ******* slow. Also my speed tester is saying it’s unstable so they are probably gonna be having an outage soon.

Spectrum internet has lost an incredibly valuable client. I operate several apartment complexes with included spectrum internet. Not anymore. Outage occurred 12 hours ago and haven’t heard a word from anyone. What awful , ****** customer service . Good riddance spectrum.

service--don't do it. The internet is not working now. I use it for work. They told me they could not fix it for 2 days. That never happens with Spectrum. What is the number for Verizon FIOS?
