My modem dies. New one is sent out.
Spectrum then has a massive LA outage.
Wifi comes back but keeps dropping out.
Turns out the coaxial cable is damaged somewhere and needs replaced.
What a waste of a day.

Hey @Ask_Spectrum internet has been out for hours and just got an update saying I gotta wait 5 more hours for your techs to get the internet back up. Issue has been going on for the past 2 weeks in Hawaii. Outage after outage. When does a chronic issue get resolved with you?

The speed of light creates time in our spectrum...anything further makes the coming hours in the unknown, so whatever happens to being slowed down is that because a time aspect is still being formulated. I think Light has no limits. Simply put infinite time.

When u just started a new #wfh job and of course @Ask_Spectrum is down for the second day in a row, without an estimated timeframe of when the issue will be resolved. Citing they will provide credit 😑 will u pay my other bills? Becz im about to get fired for calling out again.

I pay Spectrum for reliability, not to babysit their configuration errors.
Three techs down, one more scheduled — if the fourth fails, that says it all.

Dear @Ask_Spectrum I am about ready to switch. I am paying for service that frequently goes down. The cost has gone up… AGAIN… and yet my service is interrupted, three times now in the past week. @TMobile home Internet is looking like a very good option right now.

I think when @GetSpectrum tout their 'reliability' they mean:
1) You'll have an area outage at least once per week, for many hours, reliably.
2) When you call or use their AI chat they will, with reliability, make you go through reset modem/router process before confirming you're
