Imagine spending 6 months trying to update your FIDO key with @CoinbaseSupport only for their ****** website to error out whenever you try to connect your new key and you have to start the entire process over. This is a joke.

@CoinbaseSupport I have got email that i should reclaim my funds immediately but it’s impossible to do and @coinbase @CoinbaseSupport don’t answer how to do that without access to account. What to do? Help!

this @CoinbaseSupport is rubbish, they just advise you to convert ALL funds to ETH and transfer to coinbasewallet. They don't solve the problem and still block the DM. @coinbase

They are not even responding. They have a 24 hour lock for "safety of my funds" This is nonsense @coinbase @CoinbaseSupport @AndrewChoi5 @brian_armstrong This does not secure my funds in anyway. The added issue that there is NO WAY to override it is criminal.

So @CoinbaseSupport is asking me AGAIN, couple of MONTHS in my KYC process, for the screenshot from the shut down Celsius app with my name shown. I guess It doesn't matter to them that the app is long ago shut down. This was ridiculous long ago, now is tragedy.
