We had a power outage less than 24 hours long cause by storm damage to trees and power lines.
We had power restored almost 36 hours ago.
No internet service has been restored.
*** sending us text messages how they are “working through the night.” Now seems disingenuous.

Of course @CoxComm would have a network outage in my area when I’m trying to study for exams. I pay $155 a month for slow internet that goes out every other day. This is ridiculous. The whole company is a scam and I’m not paying y’all this month. We have outage almost everyday!

Amazing - our @CoxHelp fiber has been down for over 24 hours and the “estimated time to repair” got pushed back three times and now it just doesn’t have one. Who wants to place bets on whether @CoxComm will credit the literal hundreds of us out of service for the issue?

Hey @CoxComm, nobody likes service outages; especially y’all. But an entire evening-long outage in Northwest Arkansas during the NCAA Men’s Basketball Championship game is beyond unacceptable. The last week has been awful for service. Will be reconsidering my options.

Any idea as to why my wifi keeps going out and has suddenly shot down to less than 10 MB for both download and upload speed? It's been like this since last month, resetting does nothing at this point.
Feels kinda useless paying for wifi that doesn't work.
