Why @FlyFrontier sucks: Tried to book a flight today. Kept getting error messages. Contacted customer service through @X chat since they don't believe in having a working phone number. Was told I could NOT book until my Discount Den membership renewed "sometime today."
I've said it before and I will say it again: @FlyFrontier is the absolute worst. TRYING to book a ticket and keep getting error messages. Been in a chat for almost an HOUR with no solution. There HAS to be a better way to fly from MCO to CLE. Please. Someone. Anyone.

So anyone else been having major issues just trying to check in with Frontier Airlines, like honestly. It is annoying to no end to tell people to make sure to start checking in 24 hours before and nothing works it gets to bag choices and just stops.
Not being able to get a rep on the line to help me with a refund is absolutely ridiculous!!!! Especially since the error wasn’t my fault @FlyFrontier I beg you PLEASE help me with my issue! Thank You!
