Wow. Just spent an hour on the phone with @AskFrontier customer service after a power outage.

.@FrontierCorp is having major problems. Phone/internet services are down for last 12 hours. Given this happened on a holiday, there is a better than average chance it's due to a hack.

Be very weary of @FrontierCorp …. Typical bait & switch, offer $29.99 per month, charged $61.00. We’re supposed to have 500mb service, actual service 291 down / 43.3 up and being charged for 1gig.

Off to buy a @Starlink set up. There’s been an outage from @FrontierCorp for over 24hrs. Zero update on when it’s getting turned back on. 😑

Frontier Communications is working on a phone outage in the Charleston and Sissonville area. If you have issues calling 911 try using a cellphone.

Drop @FrontierCorp !!!! After putting me thru 2 days outage and tech support ****, where they repeatedly tried to upsell me, they sent me a new router that I didn’t need, THEN fixed the issue on their end. I cancelled and now they are charging me $50 restocking. LAME COMPANY!!!!!

Find it convenient that after I denied an upgrade from Frontier Internet about protection for when our Internet goes out we have an extended period of our Internet being down. 🙂

Hey @FrontierCorp, you have an outage in SoCal affecting hundreds of customers. Your website says there isn't one. Your chatbot is stuck on 'getting you to an agent'. No one is picking up the tech support line. Started at 1am on the dot. I can reach your intranet, but no further.

#Frontier FIOS out AGAIN. Three times in a week and a half due to thieves stealing cable. My Verizon hotspot is costing me $50 a day for very limited usage. The last outage lasted 3 days and before that it was 4 days. This is ridiculous @FrontierCorp

Cable company charged alot of money for not greatest speeds. Frontier fiber has been installed for about 5 months now, one outage is more than cable had in........idk 5 years probably.

Every single time I contact @AskFrontier about an outage they treat me like I’m an idiot, tell me there’s no outage only for me to receive a text a few hours later telling me they’ve fixed an outage. Listen to your customers.

Hey @AskFrontier, my internet went down on Saturday and I called you to get it repaired and the earliest you could send a tech is 4 days later on Tuesday. Spectrum sends their techs with 24 hours. Pls speed up your service! 4 days without internet is not acceptable nowadays.

Weird outages with Frontier Airlines. IT issue, apparently, grounding all of their planes. Also, air traffic was shut down in Belgium. What's going on now? 🙄

Anyone else in Wakarusa having internet issues with @FrontierCorp? I’ve reported it to them and they are aware of the outage. Should be fixed soon, they’re the best with customer service.
