New coworker, fresh out of USMC, worked with spectrum analyzer, made in the 80s. Same unit, operating for 40 yrs. It doesn't have a PDF or operator's manual. That machine's service manual, is a hand written tome of "this made it work" passed down from 19 yo to 19 yo for 40+ yrs.

Pinellas county Spectrum Internet has been down from midnight to 4:00am & down again since 11:00am to present. Their recording says it’s due to severe whether, yet we have had Zero rain, no thunder or lightening & no wind today… So it must be Too much Sunshine in the Sun Shine
