Can someone please explain to me how Spectrum servers continuously slow down internet speeds for the community I live in because of the amount of people?
I never had problems like this when I live in DALLAS TEXAS! And in a city a fraction of that size, my internet is garbage.

Hey @GetSpectrum is there a way for me to not be slowed down on mobile at 50GB without paying by the gig or leaving my unlimited plus plan? I need unlimited plus plus.
I hate Spectrum badddddd. They’re such horrible internet service providers man. There’s at least one outage a week and sometimes more than that. Then be begging somebody to get a phone plan with them. Why? So my phone service can be bad too!? 😂 Do NOT @GetSpectrum LMAOOO.

Hey @Ask_Spectrum for 3 weeks my internet has been dropping. When I call for help I'm told there is an outage. Today tech support confirmed it continues. 3 weeks to fix this is ridiculous. No storm, no fire, nothing. Do better!
