Spectrum is the worst. Every single day “an outage is interrupting services in your area.” Every day?! Come tf on bro…

Spectrum insists that I have a modem waiting for activation instead of acknowledging a reported outage. Spectrum SUCKS! Don't @GetSpectrum unless you are a *********. I do not have another modem waiting for activation. This isn't even a good delay tactic. ********.
