T-Mobile Fiber outage started yesterday at Noon and today - 9/13 @ 4pm we are still out. The 5G Gateway they left with us as a back-up was used up within minutes of plugging it in - even though it had been unplugged for several months. We were so excited to finally have access to Fiber service in Spartanburg but it has been completely unreliable.

Spartanburg, SC — T-Mobile Fiber outage T-Mobile Fiber has been completely down in my area since approximately 12 PM on September 12. T-Mobile notified me at 12:29 PM that they were experiencing a network issue affecting Internet service in my area and estimated it would be resolved within 6 hours. That estimated restoration time passed without service being restored. At approximately 6:29 PM, T-Mobile sent another notification stating that they were still resolving the service disruption. T-Mobile support subsequently confirmed that there is an area outage and that they have an internal outage ticket. Service is still completely unavailable as of September 13.
