Can't an American company just basically create the same app and call it KnickKnack or something? Lyft seemed to have no issues creating a 2nd Uber.

The 'specialist' customer service team at @Uber_Support @UberUKI_Support @Uber assured me a I would be refunded £12 from being charged twice for an Uber ride. Your customer service is appalling and to take a payment in error and not refund it is despicable. Avoid using @uber
