My parent restaurant internet is down and I had to call AT&T. A robot answered and run some test. Robot figured it can’t be fix over the phone and made an appointment for technician to come out within 4 hours. 6 minutes call total. Used to take 30+ minutes with a human. $T

Woke up at 1:15am & Xfinity Wifi was down. I have ATT on 1st floor of house which is always slow. Finally it’s back up! I was a nut for a few hours wondering how I’ll get work done. I’m sleepy now but gotta keep going ☕️☕️

AT&T was ripping up the street with earth movers and banging around outside my windows all week, and now that they're done installing fiber that they tried to sell me, the Internet of all the people in the neighborhood on *** has been down for hours. Sus. 🤨

Not for nothing but @ATT fiber’s internet restoration blows. Internet down two business days. “Internet backup” doesn’t work & “tech support” is useless.

I don’t really care if @elonmusk benefits. Government has given money for years to companies like AT&T and Verizon to expand high speed to rural areas. They use it to tear down and upgrade existing infrastructure in areas they already cover, and rural areas are still left in the

AT&T refunded me $2.70 for a 1-day disruption in service that they fixed (I didn't even notice it!). Meanwhile @verizonfios home internet has been out for a week (still down) and they've not even reached out. @ATT your customer support is amazing. @Verizon you need to do better.

Y’all I couldn’t do it anymore so I went to Verizon to get a plan with them. AT&T has been down in Juneau for the past couple days with no ETA of when it’ll be fixed.

Do not upgrade with AT&T. It was no small print. It was no nothing. They told me exactly what my bill would be and they also told me how much I had to pay down now they’re going back on that and I got it in black and white because I took a screenshot

I use @robokiller on my iphone. One of my very favorite paid apps. *Lately*, after an update or 2, it's not working worth a 💩. Random Meta/FB/Car Warranty/AT&T texts getting through. Callers marked telemarketer/spam are ringing through *on* the app. The "block caller/continue

3rd outage of AT&T fiber internet service this week and the resolution capabilities seem to be a mystery and techs appear unable to resolve. So much for the best option on the market and no one has answers! #needanotherprovider
