Why is @dunkindonuts just progressively getting worse and more expensive at the same time? Half the quality issue is their employees don't know what they're doing. I used to go about 5 times a week and it's down to 1, even then I'm disappointed.

Ordered Dunkin app yesterday, but road construction blocked my way. Called the store,they said cancel through the app. App said “chat support down.” I even tried reaching customer service by phone—no luck. I couldn’t get my order, but still got charged. @dunkindonuts not cool 😒

Not happy with @dunkindonuts this morning 😑 don’t let me mobile order if no one is at the **** store to fulfill it. On top of that the customer service line is down LOL hopefully someone will read my email and I’ll get a refund.
