*** @Xfinity has to be the worst internet provider. If you’re thinking of switching, don’t. Constant price increases, but good luck trying to cancel your services once you finally decide you’re over it. Have to schedule a phone call, but the website to schedule is always down

I'm so happy. Instead of watching #OPLive on an 11 inch tablet, Jacob from Xfinity fixed my TV remotely and I'm enjoying the show on my 49 inch TV. Plus, now I don't have to get up tomorrow morning at 7 am for a service call and he checked and got my bill down $50.

Cable & home internet is OUT today. When I went to Xfinity website to see outage area, it showed the Whole USA!!

Xfinity having an outage in my apartments which knocked my internet out as well so I had to stop doing my HW. My phone barely work without wifi in my house so that means Tik Tok not working. Guess who about to just go to sleep ? 😒😒😒

OMG it seems **** actually froze over outside in the past 18 years of being an @Xfinity customer they finally actually sent out a message about their service outage and then sent out another when it was restored. WOW It only took 18+ years but hey, it's a start for my $175/month!

No one gaslights like the Xfinity app when my WiFi is down. “You’re online. No outages found.” Keep trying @comcast. You’ll eventually find it.

Hey @Xfinity, make the YouTube app remote button page up, page down behavior do the same thing it does in DVR, skip back and forward a few secs.
