Xfinity is griefing me again. They did maintenance for an outage in my area and then after they "fixed" the issue my internet wouldn't come back on.... if it doesn't get fixed I might not have internet until next Monday(with a new modem and better internet).

Hey @XfinitySupport your service right now is absolutely awful. You have a planned outage in my neighborhood so my Pro Extender that’s supposed to keep me online should be working. It’s not. When I call? Your AI robot tells me due to planned service a tech can’t assist. Awful.

I wish @XfinitySupport @Xfinity would get their **** together. For almost over week. Countless router unpluggs and reset to configurations and the such, my internet has been slower than ever. Use to be 500mb down and 12-20mb up. Now it’s like 100 Mb Down and 663kb up.

The fact that I can talk my Xfinity WiFi bill down everytime they raise it lets me know that they be scamming

We been with @Xfinity for years but the way we been treated for the past few days is exhausting. Who y'all have for some good internet? We do wfh so we need it not to have an outage every 2 days & we need to be able to schedule with a technician whenever it goes out.
