The major phone providers must be having problems with landline calling between Florida and Ohio, because people can hear me, but I cannot hear them, and I've used both landline and cell phones, so I cannot blame Xfinity for a landline outage with my account. #att #phone

I am impressed that @XfinitySupport and @Xfinity failed to give proper notification of a due date. And because I've a relative in a coma I did not see the email. Now Internet is down and I can't even check on said relative using internet. Seriously hurt and unimpressed

Hey, @XfinitySupport you know what would be useful? If I could get a per device data breakdown. I have 8 devices on my network so just giving me aggregate usage isn't especially helpful in narrowing down the data hog.
