Woke up at 1:15am & Xfinity Wifi was down. I have ATT on 1st floor of house which is always slow. Finally it’s back up! I was a nut for a few hours wondering how I’ll get work done. I’m sleepy now but gotta keep going ☕️☕️

I spent 3 days to set up wifi at new home and it's still not working at this moment and got charged $100 for installment fee for nothing works. I was told there is outage in my area(eventhough my neighbour have internets) @Xfinity @XfinitySupport

4 hours later still waiting on @FrontierCorp to fix the non-weather related internet outage in my area. Can’t remember Xfinity or Metronet ever having an outage this long not caused by weather. 😑

Over the last Year From 6pm latest to 3am earliest @Xfinity has been throttling my upload speed from 30-40 upload down to .1-2 upload speed making streaming impossible and gaming virtually impossible. I pushed top 100 throughout this experience reaching up to 700 ping in fights,

3 hours into a complete service outage I turn on the TV to find @Xfinity pushes programming and ads to your ever to run instead of the choices you would have if service was up. Could instead get a video of Xfinity’s president writing “We’ll do better” 1000 times on a chalkboard?
