We have no internet. Again. 2 weeks ago, Xfinity was down to perform upgrades. I guess the surgery was not a success :-\ If anyone has ezee fiber, how's their service? I'm waiting impatiently for them to get to our neighborhood

Hour #14 of Xfinity outage right after they jacked up our rates w/no explanation. When I called for an update, the automated machine said they couldn’t help. “Goodbye.” Way to go, Xfinity. Can’t wait for my contract to end so I can leave

I just had the strangest internet outage. During my internet outage the 𝕏 app could not read new posts, but I was still receiving Notifications from 𝕏 on new posts. It was very strange. Both my Xfinity Wi-Fi and Verizon Cellular internet access was broken. Xfinity TV service

It took 12 hours for @Xfinity @XfinitySupport to text letting me know there’s an outage in my area. Umm… I figured that out already. Also reported it and was told I’d have service back the same day, then 7am today and now change to 4:30pm. Smdh

I've lost my internet and t.v. connection & Xfinity cannot come out until late Sunday afternoon, or early Sunday evening to repair it. Hotspot is not working well,cannot get X to load, surprised I got this after many tries... So,will try to get a connection whenever possible,

Why can’t @Xfinity tell me why my internet is down? It’s been down for more than 12 hours. They can say that the estimated time for it to come back is 10pm but when I ask for a reason? NO. Just say like, Joe is the one in charge and he’s on PTO.

Despite 1 gigabit down and up speeds with zero packet loss, every time I stream on twitch i get constant disconnects. Xfinity says nothing is wrong. Twitch support tells me to get ******. I can't ******* stream anymore and it ******* ****** me off. Someone is going to die.
