So Verizon just built a tower right next to me. I have Xfinity is it worth getting Verizon internet now ? 1000 down 250 up “supposedly”

Gotta love @Xfinity and their ****** service. My Internet has gone down at least 7 times since the week of Christmas. Try to contact them? Good luck. They won’t let you talk to a live person for any reason. Legitimately the worst customer service of all time.

Here are some tasks for Apple Intelligence: 1) Realize that Xfinity WiFi just slows you down, so either ignore it, or keep connected but still use your cellular connection for data at the same time. 2) Don’t assume that appointments set for “11:00” start at “11:00 PM”.

I'm so sick of @Xfinity my wifi hasn't worked since July. They have put in my ground line. They send multiple techs who can't do anything. To make matters worse, they slow down my mobile speeds so makes my phone useless. I'm going to switch to @Starlink as soon as I can

.@XfinitySupport it would be nice to alert your customers via your app, a text message, messenger pigeon, etc when you are doing a “planned” outage. If it’s planned, perhaps some proactive notifications??
