Hey @Xfinity @XfinitySupport thanks for sending a text message alerting people in my area of service disruptions due to upgrades today, then shutting service down less than a minute later. 24 hour notice could have saved me $1000s of dollars today. Do better.

Saw people complaining that their AT&T internet is out. I’m glad we switched to Xfinity. There’s only been one outage in over a month for a few minutes. AT&T used to be out for 3 days at a time every few weeks smh
