I was also affected by the duplicate charges happening with CommBank, and they seemed to have refunded me so far (though the app is down) and now I am concerned if whether or not it charged back anyone? My apologies if it has! 😓

I read that the #commbank app is down This is excellent news because it means they are deploying the fix into the live environment. And this means that the fix has worked in what IT peeps call lower environments (the ones used for testing) Here’s hoping it’s resolved soon
