Telstra woke me up at 5am telling me my nbn was down, then twice more saying I had been given $3.50 refund. Warmer 11c heading for 20. Going on bike.

Is Telstra down?

Over 3 years with Starlink. First outage now. I used to have weekly outages with Telstra & Optus. It's been so long I'd forgotten how to use the phone hotspot. This outage means Starlink is only around 200 times better than our telcos. 😂

Telstra must be down here. No phone or internet all day. Optus mobile is saving my sanity. That and spending time at Mum's and ringing a friend who is having a bit of a bad day.

Power outage, so no internet for hours. Understandable for landline, but no signal on mobile, still, when power's out, after so many complaints about Telstra due to lack of comms during bushfires, is ridiculous.

Nice one @Telstra, you have had an outage from 3am Saturday of 5G home internet and 5G mobile calls which you said will resolved at 10am today (31 hours)@Kyabram etc district. We are now advised that it wont be resolved until 6pm Tuesday. 75 hours. Happy Mother’s Day!

After the outage with BigPond/Telstra email was fixed I know now it works as I got my first email from an outside company today after 3 days of no new emails.

Found out today that bigpond/Telstra email service in Australia has an outage and you may experience your email in Telstra not connecting to the server.
