I see so much **** about the 000 outage for Optus. Why is it when they get it wrong everyone's all over them. But when Telstra has had it happen it's just a small section they had an outage in 2018/2024 for 000 either way both **** companies

Terrible what recently happened with Optus. Telstra must be counting their lucky cards no one in rural Vic has been stuck YET in a similar scenario after they shut down 3G with no alternative plan put in place.

Over 3 years with Starlink. First outage now. I used to have weekly outages with Telstra & Optus. It's been so long I'd forgotten how to use the phone hotspot. This outage means Starlink is only around 200 times better than our telcos. 😂

Telstra must be down here. No phone or internet all day. Optus mobile is saving my sanity. That and spending time at Mum's and ringing a friend who is having a bit of a bad day.

Power outage, so no internet for hours. Understandable for landline, but no signal on mobile, still, when power's out, after so many complaints about Telstra due to lack of comms during bushfires, is ridiculous.

Nice one @Telstra, you have had an outage from 3am Saturday of 5G home internet and 5G mobile calls which you said will resolved at 10am today (31 hours)@Kyabram etc district. We are now advised that it wont be resolved until 6pm Tuesday. 75 hours. Happy Mother’s Day!
