Is there a Telstra outage or is it always this **** in Melbourne’s CBD?

fibre is installed but now I play the waiting game until it’s active on Telstra’s end… fingers crossed I don’t get another “0.032Mbps down/up” scenario like the last time I dealt with this 🙏

Hey @Telstra , is there anyway of speaking to a live customer services person ? I have been having troubles for weeks without a resolution, now my home phone is not working (not becos of weather issues).

Sigh only info I can get is that there is an "unplanned outage" in part of #Hornsby for #telstra

Reported internet outage 4/9. #Telstra estimated fix 7pm tonight. Now outage website says 16/9. Absolute disgrace. I've lost working days and am unable to use online communication. I live in Hobart. Imagine if Melbourne or Syd lost internet for even a day. Shame on you Telstra.

Is Telstra intentionally slowing down the internet so people can not receive information? I'd say yes.

So our Internet was fine. 2weeks ago it's upgraded new wireless antenna. Since then, drops out speed down 1/2. Started msg via @Telstra app at 11am, drive to town see @telstra shop can't help. Only just finished on msg, problem not fixed. Starlink come at me on Monday!

Hey @Telstra what's with the WiFi ADSL outage for nearly two days in #fnq . No internet access for two days. Will it come off our Bill ? I doubt it ....

✅ The Telstra disruption which was impacted some chargers on the Chargefox platform has now been RESOLVED. We will immediately begin a review to fully understand the outage and what actions can be taken to reduce the likelihood and impact of any similar event in the future.

Finally resolved wifi connection problem after 3 months of trying to sort with Telstra. The Telstra modem was the problem like I thought but Telstra kept saying no. Bought new router & fixed. Telstra should have supplied new one when went to NBN.

Chargefox calls out @Telstra as the source of their extended outage. 'There is an ongoing Telstra service disruption which is affecting a number of charging stations on Chargefox leading to connectivity issues and making it difficult for some users to access our charging services.'

Okay, according to Telstra, there was a power outage with them. They have also scheduled maintenance over the next few days so it might cut out again.

Aaaand today the internet is down. And this stupid ******* Telstra modem, which I have to use because NBN here is fixed wireless, is such a piece of **** that without internet I don’t even have a home network, and I can’t turn my lights on. A day sitting in the dark doing nothing

you know, there's irony in not being able to report a @telstra mobile outage because your mobile service isn't working and you can't log into your Telstra account because it likes sending SMS to said mobile that doesn't have coverage. #bullshit
