Has Ticketek_au been hacked?? Something seriously is going on.. website been down since Friday… big concert on tonight, lots of ppl cannot access their tickets, phones going unanswered.

How do we buy @aleaguemen unite round of tickets @Ticketek_AU ? Pretty embarassing calling it an upgrade all day. Just say the sites down.

It's very poor site UX that a single ticket launch takes down the entire @Ticketek_AU site and forces every single customer trying to access the site into the queue, regardless of if they want that ticket release. I've been number 6003 for the last 8 hours. My phone is 32,000.
