I remember when pop-up re-direct was atrocious, especially Bing and Yahoo. You would get an error log and an explanation that your IE, (I'm thinking 8) was not responding then the alphabet boys were your device browser search engine and IP link!

To fix copilot bing AI logout and delete the cookies for that website in that order and login in again but after logging out and deleting you will see the CREATIVE AND PRECISE MODES available again
