Nearly impossible to report an outage in Fonthill......#Cogeco. Essentially impossible, to reach ANYONE for any kind of assistance, after hours! There's not even a person to text/chat online for internet assistance. Please do something to improve 'customer support' after hours

Am beginning to get tired of fixing our WiFi issue caused by a Cogeco outage. Its hard on my old brain to try and reconnect printers and our ecobee thermostat. At 82 I would rather be reading a book.

@cogeco @cogecohelps YO Im trying to pay my bill. Your app FORCED me to update. After update, biometrics not working and had to do password (upper case/lower case/number ect.) Very time consuming. Tell your APP to put down the rainbow flag, stop being gay and remember biometrics.
