Hello @cogecohelps Third major outage in a matter of days. What is going on? Can’t run a business or work with no internet or phone. It’s becoming more difficult to remain a customer with service like this.

Yup, typical expectations from @cogeco. Outage since Nov 1 and STILL without service. Coming from someone who works in the field, Cogeco continues to prove how they are incapable of supporting their own services. Im done with them and will be canceling.

I've said it before but Cogeco is the most pathetic internet provider like how do you have a multi hour-long outage every other week??

Once again @cogeco @cogecohelps my internet is down. The ONT shows solid blue with blinking Ethernet activity, but no connection. My equipment is fine, so it feels like an issue with the fiber line. This keeps happening and it shouldn’t.

Starlink has gone down worldwide. It's still better than Cogeco.

Didn’t @cogeco used to send out text messages with alerts when their service is down? My internet was off for over 5 hours due to a power outage somewhere in the area and not a peep.

Nearly impossible to report an outage in Fonthill......#Cogeco. Essentially impossible, to reach ANYONE for any kind of assistance, after hours! There's not even a person to text/chat online for internet assistance. Please do something to improve 'customer support' after hours
