According to SaskTel, they're currently working to resolve a service wide outage affecting cellphone customers. Currently, customers can't call out or receive calls on cell phones.

SaskTel is and has been experiencing system wide phone problems with cellular and land lines since before 8:00 AM. As such, our phone lines are down. We are hoping they find and fix the issue soon. FYI.
