According to SaskTel, they're currently working to resolve a service wide outage affecting cellphone customers. Currently, customers can't call out or receive calls on cell phones. -Gloria and Cody-

SaskTel is and has been experiencing system wide phone problems with cellular and land lines since before 8:00 AM. As such, our phone lines are down. We are hoping they find and fix the issue soon. FYI.
