I am so sick of @Comcast @Xfinity or whatever it goes by these days. Cost goes up and service goes down. Can’t get a real person on the phone to help with connectivity. AI is ****. ****. Pure ****. Are there other victims out there?

Internet down in Chicago for 12 hours now with no updates… Hey @comcast @Xfinity, I don’t feel right about continuing in a relationship that I don’t see working long term.

Xfininity/comcast needs to stop making bill pay "go down" on the day a bill is due so it can't be paid and xfinity/comcast charges a late fee. It happens every time!

COMCAST: 12:20 pm "We're still working on resolving your outage." 12:30 pm "Your services have been restored." ME: Logged onto the netter-tubes at 7:30 am, haven't seen a blip in service... Me thinks the Comcast computer has lost it. Assuming it ever had 'it'...

The Clerk's offices are closing due to an internet outage. They should be back open tomorrow if Comcast resolves the issue.

Well, Comcast/Xfinity customer service was unreachable both by web and phone, but their status page has finally updated to say they expect outage to be resolved by the afternoon. So, off to work now. #MorningsSuck

One thing I can count on is Comcast internet having an outage when my kids school is cancelled and I work from home.

Looks like @comcast @Xfinity cable TV has been down here since this morning. No channels I tried come in and I can't access my recordings. Outage web sites seem to indicate it's not just me, which I guess is good. Guess I'm missing shows until they fix it though. :(

Hey @comcast, seeing as how there was a multiple hour outage yesterday and a planned outage of service overnight, there better be a **** discount on my bill. I am not paying for service I’m not able to use!
