Is Comcast down? ❌

Comcast is having an outage rn, stream will have to wait until it’s up again. Hopefully it will be fixed before stream but if not, I’ll have to wait until then! So sorry guys 🥹 I miss my fiber internet already lmao

My internet (comcast) isn't working, and I want to scream and cry. Life is so ****** and I just want to watch a movie. It goes from not working for hours, to working for a few minutes, back to not working. And then it might work with wildly fluctuating speeds.

Hey @comcast @Xfinity Comcast has created a system where calling them when service is down and filing a complaint is almost impossible. They push everyone, seniors especially at risk, to what is a terrible app.

Among the annoyances my children subject me to, their use of “WiFi” to describe internet connectivity is among the worst. No, the WiFi isn’t down when you’re outside your cell service coverage; no, WiFi isn’t down when the hardwired computer can’t connect because Comcast sucks.😡

Comcast’s automated system hangs up if it detects an outage, saying, ‘An agent can’t help you.’ It’s been a WEEK of this nonsense. How about actually fixing the issue instead of dodging customers? @comcast @Xfinity

I would like to go on record as saying that Comcast/Xfiniti customer service is THE WORST!! We suffered an outage due to the windstorm in Washington and have been getting messages that "it will be fixed soon" . . . lost service 2 days ago. More to post

Thank you @elonmusk. Comcast internet went down and I was told at least 5 days to send a technician. A trip to Home Depot and we had @Starlink up and running in 30 minutes. Amazing technology. All systems back online.

Seriously, don't switch to @FrontierCorp . I've been a customer for 2 months now and today is their second >8 hour outage in my area. And I'm not mentioning the other sporadic outages they've had. I thought Comcast was bad ... but this is another level of incompetence.
