Is Delta Air Lines down? ❌

horrible experience on a .@KLM/.@Delta flight yesterday from Amsterdam to Houston. We booked that flight because we needed to work onboard, with internet and computers. What happened? Well, WiFi was not working and even the socket for charging the PCs were out!! Don't fly KLM!

My @Delta connecting flight doesn't leave for 3+ hours and there's a flight with 20+ open seats that can get me home 2 hours earlier. Yet the agents at the gate and help desk say I can't go standby and it's a $75 change fee. Tried chatting on the app but it's down #frustrated

Delta may have the most frustrating rebooking experience. 1. Spend 15 minutes just trying to get to the checkout page 2. Errors out 3. Try to start over, system down 4. Try to contact support, errors out At this point a chargeback might be easier.

The fact that @Delta shakes you down for your personal information for inflight WiFi should be illegal.

Very disappointed that my @JetBlue flight entertainment and wifi is down for a 5+ hour flight. Might have to stick with @Delta

I’m flying back to Atl. Instead of flying directly with @Delta , I’ve decided to fly with other airlines. Why? Your company ripped me off last time with the outage. You wasted almost my entire week at the airport running around like chicken no heads. Then refunded me 75%.

How @Delta has handled things following the IT outage is absolutely atrocious. I followed all the instructions that were given to me on filing for my reimbursement & I’ve been handed off to multiple departments & told I cannot be reimbursed. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Has anyone had any luck getting reimbursed from Delta following the Crowdstrike outage?

I have tried now 7 times to be reimbursed by @Delta for the OIT Outage back in July. Every time in the middle of filling out the form online -- it disappears and switches to a page that says OOPS... They will do anything to not take care of their customers. Come on @Delta --
