@AmazonHelp I can't register a new account on Amazon UK. Getting Internal Error each time. I'm trying to register a new account as I can't access my account due to not having my old phone number for 2 step and can't access my gmail associated with it for the same reason.

Order something from @AmazonUK and it says delivered by 10PM. Check the map when you see it’s out for delivery and see that the driver is literally down your road. Next thing you know it’s 10PM and now it’s getting delivered next week! @AmazonUK @AmazonHelp waste of my day off!

Amazon customer service looks like the best until you have a real issue 🤬 I have been calling them 7+ times over 2 weeks for a simple operation. They say they have successfully refunded the money to my “cancelled” credit card 😂😂 This must be a joke @amazon @AmazonUK

Hi @AmazonUK. My parents have waited in all day for a package I was sending them. Less than 10 minutes ago a message from your driver claiming they had “attempted” delivery and had “an issue”. This is nonsense. I cannot find a means of communicating this to you via your website.
