Since 4yrs ago,my house became a “smart” House where almost everything controllable via an app, including all switches, 4 ac and 8cctv inside n around the house all online connected via an app All the smartness became dumb during the recent 15-days unifi down 😅😅🤣🤣

Day 12 @unifi is down, service reconnection is Absolutely rubbish. NO ACTION at all taken by them. So people have spoken & i have followed. Thanks everyone. Im gonna call unifi hotline informing that i have lodge report with MCMC too

Unifi is sooooo useless. Internet was down since 4pm yesterday, called and they say earliest they can come is 11am today. Waited till 1pm nobody came. No update no nothing. Called at 1.05pm to check w them suddenly they inform they can only come tmr???

the only responsible adult in the house os now i gotta talk to the unifi guy who came to fix our wifi i am still 17 in my mind.

YB u might need to noted down on ongoing internet interruption from Unifi. The Unifi is not internet accessible for 3 days and all TM response is asked us to wait patiently. As per checked, there are many areas are affected, together with our career and studies. @fahmi_fadzil

YB @GobindSinghDeo, whilst appreciating your efforts 👌 to grandeur design of Internet connectivity, I believe basic infra be improved. Of late, there are numerous Internet connectivity issues at UNIFI with no Internet connectivity. Service providers must improve basic infra.

Guess what? Another @ubiquiti unifi protect problem.. Can barely use yet another system. What in the heck is going on. Putting out endless nvr fires is wearing me thin.

This tplink router I have is AWFUL. There is NO reason sites should have a chance of taking 30 seconds to load. Not a DNS issue since AdGuard home is reporting 1-5ms per request, and even using different DNS servers on devices don’t fix the issue. Should’ve gotten Unifi AP’s.

#unifi @fahmi_fadzil just wanna highlight that unifi's 100 for reporting problems is totally hopeless & redundant! Called numerous times to report a problem and after waiting for ages, line is auto cut-off?!?

Day 4 with no internet. Already called @Maxis , they said the only available time for @unifi technician to come is on Wednesday while their technician said he already requested on Sunday. What kind of bullshitery is this. Have to wait for 6 days to fix the problem.
