Their problem isn't form factor IMO. It's the fact they added 0 computing power into the device, so it relies on cloud-based processing - which slows it down to an essentially unusable level. These types of devices need to smart and fast, then there's a chance they might work.

I think the responses ARE ageism. I’ve had a smart phone forever. I find apps not only annoying, but some of them have become hard to use. And it gets harder the older I get. I have problems with my hands and there’s absolutely no reason that stores don’t still offer cards.
