All these Southern California @Ask_Spectrum internet outages are ruining my work day with lost productivity, really frustrating

Which is more "watching TV in the 2020s" while replacing my mother's cable box: -Spectrum requiring you to download an app to your phone to do so -The app not working because the tracking on the FedEx website hasn't been updated so Spectrum doesn't think I have the new boxes yet

Spectrum is down again in my neighborhood. The only internet option right now.... AT&T hurry up and lay fiber for us. You'll have 200+ account requests on day one.

I first called @Ask_Spectrum at 1:20 p.m. CST today to report a complete outage of both internet and cable. I was told at first there was no outage. Later, was told it would be fixed by 3:30. Now, maybe 8:00 a.m. Unacceptable.
