A quick question; is anyone else having major problems with @USPS as we are in AL? I know they’re having similar issues in ATL. This is ridiculous. We’ve had package after package lost, delayed & taking weeks to arrive. WTF?! Ugh #DeJoy 🤬🤬

Super annoyed with @USPSHelp. Second time in 3 months my @bookofthemonth has been marked as delivered but hasn’t been delivered. And even though I’ve filed out your form FOUR TIMES, every time it says “issue submitting, try again later”. SO. ANNOYING.

Hey, @USPS @USPSHelp fix your website. I've been attempting to submit a help request to find my package that's been stuck in transit for over a week and I keep getting an error message when I hit submit.

Hey @USPSHelp I have been trying to submit a support request and it seems the form is down. I have a missing package. Sometimes my mail gets put in a mailbox in my unit that no one has access to and I believe this is the case again. I left a note and it still hasn't turned up.
