The FedEx driver is in the right. I would also leave and make that home owner drive down to the FedEx office to get the package.
I’ve attempted to virtually sign for my @FedEx package everyday for over a week. I get an error message every time.
I never have as many delivery issues as I do with @FedExHelp. They claim they attempted a delivery, but the tracking number was never scanned as out for delivery. We are all understaffed, if it got left in the building, just say left in the building. Don't lie to us. Be straight.
Weird glitch FedEx, then again with the issues I’ve had in the past with them, I’d completely expect it. I’d say it was delayed…. 3 years is completely reasonable right? Ha ha ha ha

Am I the only working person who orders wine and constantly has problems getting delivery from FedEx $fdx? 'We will deliver between 10 and 2" oh and not on Saturday or Sunday. Why is this company so successful?
Man @FedEx @FedExHelp your drivers have 1 more time to lie and say they attempted delivery for a package before we have some issues. I’ve stalled my day waiting on your driver, for them to lie & say they attempted delivery when I have been waiting on them. I need answers ASAP!

Why does @FedEx service suck so much? It never fails that I have an issue when they are delivering a package. Support is useless too! In the future I will pay extra to avoid using their services
Horrible customer service from @FedEx . I was on the phone for 12 minutes and transferred 4 times. Each time I had to keep explaining why I was calling and my issue wasn’t resolved. @FedExHelp

This is the second time that I'm getting an email from @Fedex saying that my shipment is scheduled to come in today and then it arrives a day later. Why are you sending these emails @FedEx ? What a let down! Over promising and under delivering.
Hi @FedExHelp someone stole my package before I could even get home because a member of your team refused to deliver to our door and so because of that our package got stolen. How can we fix this ?
FedEx continues to be the worst of the worst… 15 DAYS??? To go from SLC to Layton??? Literally could have WALKED down there and back 15 times and still beat them in delivering a shoebox package.

Hey @FedExHelp I don’t pay to not receive my shipments. 7 of 9 delivered but these don’t seem to be moving. Reporting them on your website gives me an error.
