Is BT British Telecom down? ❌

No internet since Friday afternoon, we finally have a BT engineer. Pray for us!

My wife has ultrasonic toothbrush with all cool stuff like Bluetooth and app that shows how good was your clean. The problem: BT stoped working for her. Nothing was fixing it, and it has no reset button, no long press to reset etc. 1/2

Upgraded my Internet connection to full fibre today and my voice service to Digital Voice with @bt_uk Now getting 140 Mbit/s download speeds and Digital Voice has fixed a long_standing problem with ringing on my phone handsets

so I do a lot of stuff in the kitchen and one of the accessories I have for that is just cancelling headphones so I can listen to pods or watch YouTube or even play a game while the stove fan is going biggest 1st world problem is switching BT pairing between my phone & the TV

Anyone else having broadband issues in West Hampstead? I’m with @EE which I believe comes through a @bt_uk line. EE have said they can send someone Monday, not helpful when I am trying to work from home

My @EE broadband has been down since yesterday! Still on red! Not sure the BT & EE merge is working #EE

I called up @bt_uk to sort this and yes I'm still eligible for Home Essentials. The system just decided i was ineligible and to charge me more for no reason. Lots of stress and anxiety for a computer error. Anyone else have this happen? All sorted now.

Going into day 7 of no internet @bt_uk you said you sent out an engineer on 12.4.24 but I have not heard back from you with an update on what’s happening. Houses on my road also without internet. What can I do?

Our @BTCare internet has been down for several hours in Chorleywood. No response from BT. Anyone else have the same problem?

BT is upgrading the UK to digital voice (landline via broadband). Apparently the 'upgrade' is needed as the old tech is no longer fit for purpose, yet BT warns you won't be able to make 999 calls in a power cut. 🤦 Coincidentally my landline goes down for 1st time in years! 🤨

Finally have internet & TV back! Everything went a bit titsup past couple of days & I've been offline until just now when my BT engineer fixed it. No wifi meant no Alexa, no laptops, no TV & a silent house...very odd & not something i want to repeat in a hurry. But I"M BACK!

My @bt_uk internet has been down since Thursday. I was promised a mini hub on Saturday. It didn't arrive. It arrived today and doesn't work. Now, I need an engineer to fix my connection, meaning my internet will have been down for six days at a minimum.

Filed a complaint broadband internet at 12 o clock and received message that your problem will be resolved before 6 pm bt till no action taken by ur side.Your engineer also denied that he did not receive any complaint. service request no.10410076770 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

Hmm internet connection goes down. Looks at log files. DoS(Port Scanning). I wonder if anyone else on the @bt_uk wider network is having issues? E.g. @EE or @Plusnet ?

BT contact me yesterday to tell me that phone line is now working. Guess what? It’s not working. Been on the phone for another hour!!! Trying to get some answers

Has anyone else been having constant issues with BT/EE/Openreach wifi/internet for weeks? Numerous failed attempts for them to come out as well? Feel like I’m about to have an aneurysm

So a phone line is down across my back garden, I'm busy at work and @bt_uk want lots of information instead of just dealing with it.

Anyone else have constant problems & dreadful communication with 👉 @bt_uk 👈 Broadband, WiFi, TV all horrendous quality! For an organisation with those resources, their customer care & actual service is garbage!

My neighbor was really pressin the issue on making sure we was "ready for the eclipse" bt ain't said **** today 🤔

Now 7 months since the issues began.. @bt_uk had 2 engineers turn up and not help. 2 engineers who just never showed up when they were supposed to and yet my internet still doesn’t work properly. Do not join BT

Anyone else having WI-FI issues with @bt_uk and @EE ? My fibre is dead slow and not even strong enough to stream today :( Sorry for no stream peeps <3
