This is the average waiting times for @O2 over the last three months. An abomination of a company. Problems after problems and unless you have hours to wait you can’t speak to anyone.

From what I can ascertain and the poor response from their help desk, I can only assume there is a widespread @O2 network outage in Scotland. Unless others on the network can confirm otherwise? I've not been able to a mobile signal since 4am today.

I don’t understand what is going on with the @virginmedia @VMO2News @O2 network and signal keeps on cutting out. This started from 12:30am - 3:00am as I was talking to family in the Jamaica 🤔 Why every so often there’s network failure😨 @Virgin & O2 fix it 😡 #virginmedia #O2

How did I just spend an hour on the phone to @O2 to then not resolve any issue, drive an hour to a store who said sorry they couldn’t help, gave me ANOTHER number to ring…it took 4 hours total to transfer my number to my new sim, by then just wanted to cancel and go elsewhere😅

I've been on the phone for 30 + minutes with a lovely agent @O2 to turn off spam text messages I receive monthly (sometimes 3 in one day). This bug/feature should be self service.

And when your @virginmedia internet is down your realise just how truly ******* shocking your @O2 phone signal is ! FFS

what a glitch O3 at (-145) O2.5 at (-141) have to take advantage of that number middle it with U3 +105 and U3.5 live

I have no internet again. Called the o2 hotline (which is still the worst experience) and now a technician is supposed to come tomorrow. we'll see about that,they told that to me too the last time and then I had no internet for 3 weeks 🙃

Has anyone noticed that when you have accounts with big companies such as @o2 or @BritishGas and you have a problem- nobody bothers to solve them? These are expensive companies. We should leave them when they are not providing minimum SLA’s. I’ve had problems for months 🦗

A nearly 2 hours call with @O2 . It is easier to speak to a manager:, they get the most headache and are most incentivised to solve problems. Today I got a time: on Monday I should get the PAC code, and how much longer would I have to wait after that, right?

trying to get through to O2 to resolve an issue which has nothing to do with me as I don't have an O2 account, nor signed up to them yet they continue chasing me for £5 for a service I don't use. taking ages to get through to someone. O in O2 ought to stand for overbearing

Hope no one ever wants to use they're phone abroad when you're with @O2 yet AGAIN issues! Now no way in contacting accommodation. Paying £6 a day for nothing!!
