.@RoyalMailHelp Are you aware the Click&Drop collection service is still down after more than a day? The site says all services are working normally, Collection says it will be back “soon”. When will I be able to get my parcels collected?

Are @RoyalMailHelp not working today? I have parcels booked in for collection today and as of now - 3:15pm - no one has turned up?

Is it a coincidence that @RoyalMail @RoyalMailHelp postage goes up on 2nd April and the website is down on evening 1st April so can't buy postage?

May have got to the bottom of the @RoyalMailHelp issue. Just received a "sorry we couldn't deliver your parcel" card (nobody bothered to ring or knock), and the address is wrong. @royalmailnews, please make sure to use posties who can actually read road signs.

Hi @RoyalMailHelp I've had atleast 3 cards and letters that were posted to me 2+ weeks ago. None of them have arrived. I seem to have this issue every February and putting in formal complaints does nothing. How do I discuss this further?

Hi @RoyalMailHelp I sent a parcel from Leeds to Helsinki, Finland on the 11th February. Tracking shows it as on the way to Finland since the 13th, no updates since then. Can you please track it down for me - I have the tracking number!

Update @RoyalMail @RoyalMailHelp 2 parcels for collection today. Msg instead “Couldn’t collect due to access issues eg locked gate, bad weather, health & safety or road closures” It’s raining but to my knowledge none of the other reasons apply. Maybe re-read your email ⬇️ 🙄

FFS Bob is waiting on new compression stockings and according to the tracker they're just sat at the @RoyalMailHelp sorting office. No idea why, not had a card saying there's an issue with delivery. 60 people in telephone queue and only open 8-10am when he is at work 🙄

Dear @RoyalMailHelp , Can you pls explain why our loss rate for large letters has gone from 1 in 3000 (in 2012) to......wait for it.... 1 in 20 thus far this year. Mail sent from our Greater Manchester office has no problems but from the Sandbach, Cheshire area we have had to>>
