Post-update on my Samsung Galaxy Ultra 23 to UI 6.1, facing issues with Google Maps & incoming calls. Google Maps freezes and needs the app to restart. There is no receive button for calls; you must restart the phone to answer.

Thing is I had no issue @SkyHelpTeam yesterday whatever "fix" you did messed me up today been away had no google maps, no TFL or Oyster access & no free WiFi to contact or log into My Sky app to try & sort it had nothing since 6am this morning & still not back! #Dangerous

Side note riding a bike in balby is a dance with death - until you get to the lovely new amazing bike lanes!! But it is haaaaairy until then. Even google maps was like, “er no this is not safe. Take a million backroad avenues & go up n down loads of hills instead”
