I have had an outage since yesterday morning of my triple play service.. because of this I was forced to work in office today… unnu nah fix it @FLOWJamaica ???

Ease of doing business is being directly affected by Flow’s shoddy internet service. Big big Monday Morning!!!! Issues last week, now issues this week on Duke Street in the nation’s capital. Rubbish! @FLOWJamaica

Back in the days of Cable and wireless had a service interruption/ outage, they would give you credit; now when @FLOWJamaica have an outage, smh, nothing you get, and your bill remains the same. Currently in mobay there has been an outage for the past 24 hours

Its not often I do this, but major big ups to Alexis from @FLOWJamaica Sorted out my account transfer properly, fixed an error that THEY caused when they did it incorrectly, updated the account info, SAVED the old phone#(sentimental value) from being disconnected all in 10 min
