First day of subscribing to Globe Fiber and internet’s already down. @enjoyGLOBE

Cant even access twitter using pldt internet @PLDT_Cares ano ba yan? san Juan area here, may problem ba? Am currently using my globe wifi @enjoyGLOBE

Globe Telecom @enjoyGLOBE No internet since March 30. Scheduled a technician visit yesterday via Globe CS but didn't showed up. Rescheduled today... still no show. Received an alert, reminding my bill due date. LOL. Why pay a garbage service. #GLOBETELECOM #GlobeAtHome

Hi @enjoyGLOBE is there no way for us to know when our internet will come back? It’s getting so hassle to work online without the internet service we fully pay for and whenever there’s no service, we’re not offered any alternatives to use in the meantime. Doble doble gastos 😥

What's the point of having Unli 5G with @LiveSmart when you can't use it in a 5G area. Been an on going issue ever since. But having the 5G connection on a same device however with @enjoyGLOBE is such a smooth one. Not sure what makes the Smart 5G band different from Globe's 5G.

Is there no way to actually talk to a customer service agent @enjoyGLOBE ? My problem is not included in the list of issues in any of the communication channels that you have.

Hi @iamMVP. Our whole village has been out of service since 2am Tuesday and we have not seen anyone from @PLDT_Cares surveying our area to fix our concern. We have reported it since day 1 and the lack of action from PLDT makes us consider switching to @enjoyGLOBE & @Converge_CSU.
