YOU CAN ONLY HOST AZURE FUNCTIONS ON *PREMIUM* APP PLANS!!!!! Why didn't @AzureDevOps give me an error when I tried to associate my function app with a B1 SKU? The VM would just try to start up and freeze without logging any errors at all! What a waste of days of my life!
