earthlink is the worst excuse for an ISP. SERVICE WENT DOWN SUNDAY 2:00 AM, JUST CAME BACK UP MONDAY 3:30 PM, JUST KINDA SORTA WORKS, still won't connect phone, need new ISP, any suggestions for a good one?

3 mobile, Vodafone, Eir, Instagram, Earthlink, Facebook all hit with huge outages in the last hour. Syria has a nationwide outage at the moment too. ???

Frustrated….been a loyal @EarthLink customer since 2019.I this week my internet has been out for 4 days now. I've called customer service numerous times, only to be told that there's an outage in my area, no updates available, & to call back every 48 hours

Also Earthlink DSL sucks major ***. It went down constantly. I can count with my fingers the amount of times Spectrum has gone down and it was their fault (Not counting power outages here and the like).
