Eventbrite don’t have anything on there anymore. They might as well shut down.

Think @BeckySecurity and I found a bug on @eventbrite related to account authorization crossover (can access someone else’s account), but their bug bounty program only gives credit on a a web page. I’ll submit it in a month. What’s the rush.

Oops, we had a glitch with the eventbrite due high demand - this has been fixed, so you can now sign up for 26th June! Really hope to see you there.

Does anyone else have the problem with @eventbrite; they accept my application for tickets to an event, then send an email to my log-in address with a link to pick up the tickets and then tell me that my email address is not on their system.

WARNING: When some organizers attempt to issue refunds through @eventbrite they will see an error page appear temporarily before the refund page loads. I wonder how long Eventbrite will make that issue last...

We're happy to inform you that despite us listing on the worst platform ever, @eventbrite, we DON'T use their email system to contact our customers. We could imagine what problem #Evenbrite will invent next.

I have honestly never known customer service as unhelpful as @eventbritehelp @eventbrite all I want to do is issue a simple refund to a customer yet 3 hours later and endless emails to ‘support agents’ and still nowhere near 🤦🏼♀️ Miss the days when you could just ring somebody …
