Why is Fitbit just going down the drain since the acquisition by Google? Horrible website full of huge images, but no list of details, compare function broken... I don't want a luxury device, I want a health tracker 😡

.@Fitbit @FitbitSupport My Inspire HR isn’t syncing. I did all the troubleshooting steps, then (as per) installed and reinstalled the Fitbit app, but can’t sign in. I can’t get a reset email prompt and I’ve tried every email address it could possibly be. Is your system down?

.@FitbitSupport is the fitbit login down on the app? I’m using iOS on my iPhone 15 Pro Max. Never had an issue before and when I go to reset pw I get “Server error. Please try again later!” I’m not using google for login.

My @fitbit Aria scale was working perfectly but built-in obsolescence means that @FitbitSupport have decided "Too bad :(" is their response to their product not working anymore. Absolutely shocking.

The problem with @fitbit is the watches are ace but the app is appalling!!! Every day I get this...every day I have to force stop the app and try 6 times to sync my watch! @FitbitSupport and no the troubleshooting doesn't work!
