Random I know as it’s 2024 but is Anyone having problems depositing a cheque using the @NatWest_Help app? I’m annoyed as I hate updating things as it usually causes more problems than it solves and since updating the app it crashes when taking a picture of the cheque.
No point pretending to be customer friendly @NatWest_Help when it’s nigh-on impossible to speak to a human being when there’s a problem.

Hi @NatWest_Help @NatWest_Int ‘s web site has been down for well over 30 minutes now. There is a notice which says the web site will be down between 2 and 2.30am. It’s now 3am.

My @Mastercard account has disppeared from my @NatWest_Help banking App. I'm sure it was there yesterday. It's still listed when I log-in via a browser. Other accounts are displayed as normal. Help!
