🚨 @NowTV’s phone lines don’t detect inputs, and their live chat shuts down when trying to cancel. Yet, they respond immediately once you block a payment! Seems like intentional obstruction and corruption, especially during the COL crisis. Disgusting. Ref:14349066 #ConsumerRights

nowtv wifi service checker requires you to be connected to the modem to work, you can't do it on 4G or from someone else's wifi. so when it's down you have absolutely zero way of being able to tell if it's just a you problem or a local outage or a big one. pointless 👎

Stupid NOWTV app keeps tripping out, replays the same 5sec over and over every so often, so have to reboot, annoying as ****, its a **** app, not as bad as Disneys though, thats one ****** running app.
